Do I own my website?
Yes, 100%. The code, the content, the domain name, the accounts: everything is in your name. You can switch provider whenever you want, and take everything with you.
What if I want to change some text later?
You can do it yourself — I'll show you how in 10 minutes. If you'd rather I do it, it's included in the monthly maintenance.
What's a "domain name" and "hosting"?
The domain name is your internet address (www.yourshop.com). Hosting is the computer where your site lives, day and night. Both are included in the €10/month maintenance.
Are you far from me — is that a problem?
No. I work with clients across France and abroad. We talk by email, phone, or video call if needed. The website itself works the same wherever you are.
How long until I'm online?
Usually 7 days, starting from when you've given me your content (text, photos, logo). If you have none yet, we take a bit more time to prepare it together.
What if I want to stop, or switch provider?
You give 30 days' notice and that's it. No long-term contract. You leave with your site, your domain, your content — no hard feelings.
Why are your prices so low — is it serious?
Yes. I work alone, no agency, no middleman. I have 20 years of experience, a registered activity, and written commitments. The low price comes from not paying a team of ten — not from sloppy work.
